If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase by following the guidelines below:
Within 30 days of purchase
Rafaellasportswear.com will accept returns of unwashed, unworn, undamaged or defective merchandise. We will issue a refund for all unused and undamaged products returned within 30 days of purchase. Refunds must be accompanied by the original receipt and will be made in the form of the original payment.
All products must be returned in its original packaging (when possible) and with all accessories to ensure a full credit. Final sale items cannot be returned.
Rafaellasportswear.com will gladly honor a one-time price adjustment if an item is marked down within 14 days of placing your order. You must contact us via phone at 1.800.241.1492 or send us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org within the 14 day window. The difference will be refunded to your original form of payment.
To exchange an order, please return you original item(s) using our our prepaid return label and place a new order online. You may call us at 1.800.241.1492 or contact us via email at email@example.com with both your original and new order numbers and we’ll waive the return shipping fee.
Easy Returns by Mail
Pre-paid Shipping Label - FREE U.S. Return Shipping, Within 30 days
Simply affix the included prepaid return label and take it to your nearest authorized USPS facility or drop off location.
Note: Orders shipped prior to 2/26/2014 included a FedEx prepaid label inside the shipment. Simply affix the FedEx label, drop-off at any FedEx location. Alternatively, you could also use a replacement USPS Newgistics return label and take it to your nearest authorized USPS facility or drop off location.
For replacement return labels, please visit http://returns.rafaellasportswear.com or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with details about the items that you need to return. We will gladly send you a label via e-mail shortly after.
FedEx shipments take approximately 7 - 9 business days to reach our distribution center.
Refunds for items returned within 30 days will be issued in the same form as the original payment. PayPal purchases will be refunded to your PayPal account.
Refunds are given for the price on the original receipt and any applicable taxes. Shipping and handling charges are not refunded. You can expect to receive credit for returned merchandise within one complete billing cycle of your credit card statement upon completion of returns processing.
